New stainless steel refrigerator, gas range, microwave and dishwasher installed in September 2022
In September 2022, the kitchen at 10305 1st Ave was updated with a new stainless steel refrigerator plus a GE matching gas range, microwave, and dishwasher. The refrigerator is French door style with water purification, ice making, and side door shelves that hold full gallon containers and plenty of room in the main compartment for stand-up wine bottles in addition to full size pizza boxes. The new gas cooking range includes four burners and a center griddle as well as convection and air fry technology.
The house also has a new full size LG washer and a dryer with convenient height controls and advanced steam for wrinkle free laundry.
